Wow. Bill Collings may make better guitars than this one, but if so I've never seen one. This is an exceptional instrument - light, loud, responsive, and loads of sustain and lush overtones. The slope shouldered body and slotted headstock help this one stand out in a jam from the moment you open up the case. But just dig into it a bit with a flatpick and you'll see why this one would stand out in a dark room! Very light pick scratches on the pickguard, otherwise complete pristine. I'm going to need to find a bluegrasser with some chops to match up with this guitar, for sure...an instrument of this caliber deserves it!
