From the huge vintage V neck profile to the hide glue and t-bar neck reinforcement, the Martin folks stayed as close as possible to the original configurations that produced the outstanding instruments of the '30s. The bass on this guitar is absolutely HUGE - there's no other way to describe it. Beautiful open, full mahogany tone that would be right at home carving through a wall of rhythm at a big flatpicking jam while dropping jaws with this beautiful lightly-bearclawed Adi top.
